We serve the IC Test market for Burn-In and Final Test. We design and manufacture test interconnects and interface hardware for manual and automated test platforms.  We also offer consulting service for your unique test requirements.  No project is too small for Global Interconnects.

We have the ability to convert our customers’ unique requirements with quick turn design and manufacturing.    We also offer bundled solutions, including Load Boards and Burn In Boards combined with our sockets, or your choice of sockets.

Our products include BIB Probes, Burn in Sockets, Test Sockets, Clamps, Fixtures, Interface Hardware for automated testing and Special Tools for automated test handlers.

Our background includes interface experience with handlers from the following companies:  Rasco, Multitest, Delta Design, Aetrium, Ismeca, Simeca, Tripod, Yokogawa, Seiko-Epson, Synax, Tesam, Exatron and others.

For rapid prototyping we can use your Gerber files to rapidly validate socket footprint compatibility.  Our mechanical design elements allow data exchange with other systems such as STEP, IGES, and SAT using 3D modeling for complete design.

Boards are designed with Cadence’s Allegro system design software.
